Israeli Settlers Attack Palestinian Shepherd in Ramallah

Israeli settlers attacked a Palestinian shepherd near the al-Khalal in the village of Kafr Malik, east Ramallah today, Tuesday.

Local sources said that many of the settlers on their horses, protected by Israeli forces, stormed the al-Khalal area in Kafr Malik and attacked the Palestinian Fayez al-Tarbani while he was grazing his sheep, and they prosecuted his sheep outside the village.

They added that the Palestinian villagers went to the area to protect the lands and expelled settlers from it. Settlers in the West Bank enjoy a climate of immunity, which resulted in the escalation of violence and the frequency of attacks against Palestinians.

In the past two years, the number of settler attacks against Palestinians has increased by over than 144%The West Bank, including Jerusalem, has witnessed an increase in the rate of storming and attacks by settlers since the beginning of this year.
