The pomegranate in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah

Pomegranate is mentioned in the Holy Quran in Surah al-Rahman said Allah Almighty

“In which there are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates.”

Figs in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah

Figs are one of the Blessed fruits. Allah SWT swore their great importance, said the Almighty in Surah Ateen

fig was not mentioned in the hadiths, because it wasn’t planted in the land of Hejaz or Medina because of their unsuitable soil for cultivation.

Fig treats many problems of the body such as severe anemia disease, and ulcers of the gums and mouth.

It also helps in increasing hemoglobin in the blood, so doctors recommend it for anemia patients.

Olives in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah

The Olive is mentioned in Surah Al-Nur in the saying of Allah Almighty:

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree, an Olive, neither of the East nor of the west, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! Allah doth guide whom He will to His Light: Allah doth set forth Parables for men: and Allah doth know all things.

It is also mentioned that the prophet said

“Eat olive oil and anoint yourselves with it, for it comes from a blessed tree.”

Benefits of the olive

It is known about the olive tree that it ages for many years. It may reach hundreds of years

Throughout its life, it is constantly fruiting, without any intervention or effort of humans.

Olive is characterized by containing many proteins, iron, phosphorus, calcium salts, and vitamins” A, B, and F”.

Olive oil is useful for digestion and its use Crete contains many powerful antiseptics against germs and microbes, which is why it is used in the treatment of burns and wounds.

Grapes in the Holy Quran and Sunnah

Grapes are mentioned in the Qur’an eleven times

As mentioned in Surah Al-Nahl:

And from the fruit of the date-palm and the vine, ye get out wholesome drink and food: behold, in this also is a sign for those who are wise.

It was stated in the Sunnah that the Prophet, peace be upon him, loved to eat grapes

Grapes are also known to contain many minerals. most of the important minerals the body is found in it.

It also contains vitamin A, which helps the body to balance
